Roles and Responsibility
- Production Planning: Plan warping schedules, programs, and beam-loading targets to meet daily output goals.
- Machine & Creel Setup: Oversee the mechanical setup, alignment, tension devices, and beam operations on direct or sectional warping machines.
- Quality & Defect Control: Monitor yarn tension, prevent broken ends or tangles, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manpower Management: Assign shift operators, coordinate multilingual or floor-level teams, and track shift performance.
- Maintenance & Downtime Tracking: Log minor mechanical/electrical faults and coordinate with the maintenance team for prompt repairs
