Eminenture Private Limited is hiring for the role of Research Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, validate, and maintain research data from multiple sources
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all platforms
- Perform data entry and conduct rigorous quality assurance checks
- Organize and manage research databases, datasets, and documentation
- Conduct basic statistical analysis and summarize research findings
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations based on research outcomes
- Support survey design, questionnaire validation, and data collection activities
- Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain proper documentation of research methodologies and datasets
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for data requirements
- Assist in literature reviews and secondary research when required
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all data privacy guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in research, data management, or analytics (Fresh graduates with highly relevant internships are also encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an understanding of research methodologies and data validation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, collaborate with teams, and meet deadlines
