Responsibilities
- Research prospective customers, target segments, and relevant market opportunities.
- Support lead generation through online research, outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
- Assist the business development team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communication.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, and pipeline updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and a positive prospect experience.
- Track outreach outcomes and share practical observations that can improve conversion efforts.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional approach.
- Interest in sales, partnerships, market research, and customer-facing business activities.
- Good organization, follow-through, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, presentations, and online research is helpful.
