Business Development Executive Internship

Role: Counsel students and job seekers on career opportunities and training programs. Understand candidates' career aspirations and recommend suitable learning and career pathways. Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counseling and relationship-building. Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate candidate records and sales activities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Represent Elewayte at career fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Fluency in Kannada/ English/Hindi/ Marathi any (spoken and written) is mandatory. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
