We are looking for an experienced and motivated Admission Counsellor to join Elevon Academy Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, explaining professional courses, handling admission enquiries, and converting prospective students into admissions.
Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins and WhatsApp.
- Counsel students regarding career-oriented courses.
- Explain course details, duration, fees and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Generate admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain student enquiry records and admission data.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of counselling or sales experience.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel and Internet).
- Ability to achieve admission targets.
