About the Role

We are looking for a confident, engaging, and practical Personality Development Trainer who can help students and young professionals develop strong communication, personality, confidence, grooming, and professional behaviour.

The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive sessions that build communication skills, language proficiency, common sense, confidence, critical thinking, social awareness, personal management, and career-readiness.

The ideal candidate should be able to connect with learners, understand their individual gaps, and convert concepts into practical activities, discussions, role-plays, and real-life situations.

Responsibility

  • Conduct engaging Personality Development and Grooming sessions.
  • Develop students' confidence, self-awareness, attitude, discipline, and professional behaviour.
  • Train learners in verbal and non-verbal communication.
  • Improve English language, vocabulary, grammar, sentence formation, and conversational skills.
  • Conduct activities for public speaking, presentations, group discussions, debates, and interpersonal communication.
  • Develop active listening, body language, social etiquette, and professional communication.
  • Build common sense, practical thinking, situational awareness, and decision-making abilities.
  • Conduct sessions on critical thinking and problem-solving through practical situations.
  • Help learners improve personal management, time management, productivity, and work habits.
  • Introduce learners to basic sales, negotiation, persuasion, and influence skills.
  • Integrate career-oriented activities to improve workplace readiness and employability.
  • Create interactive exercises, role plays, case studies, quizzes, simulations, and group activities.
  • Assess learners' progress and provide individual feedback and improvement plans.
  • Maintain learner performance records and contribute to training assessments.
  • Coordinate with other trainers to ensure alignment with the overall Career Guidance, Grooming & Development curriculum.
  • Stay updated with changing communication trends, workplace expectations, employability skills, and youth development practices.
