- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding courses, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
- Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their learning needs.
- Schedule follow-up calls and manage customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping of all customer interactions.
