This internship is designed to provide meaningful learning experiences through involvement in HR-related activities, workplace coordination, and support for people-focused processes. Interns will have the opportunity to understand how human resources contributes to organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of day-to-day human resources activities and administrative processes.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining employee and internship-related records.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews, meetings, and HR-related activities.
- Help coordinate internal communication and follow-ups with candidates, interns, and employees.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, trackers, and other relevant records.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling human resources information and organizational documentation.
- Participate in HR projects and research activities assigned by the organization.
- Monitoring Sessions and collecting feedback from the Clients
Job Summary:
This 3-month Human Resources Internship with EDXcellence LLP offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to workplace people operations and contribute to meaningful HR activities. Interns will receive a Certificate of Completion and a Letter of Recommendation in recognition of their contribution and learning journey.
