eClerx is hiring for the role of GD Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Providing consistent, high-quality graphics and design work including but not limited to image clear cutting, masking, color correction, retouching and layouts using Adobe tools and other applications. - Deliver consistent, high-quality graphics and design work to the specifications, satisfaction, and deadlines of clients. - Regularly consults with assigned supervisor/s regarding the scope of work of existing and new clients. - Performs related work as required by your immediate supervisor or senior management. - Keeps abreast with the latest updates and developments in the Adobe suite of products and able to adapt to new design and imaging techniques. - Perform other duties, functions, and/or responsibilities as may be assigned to you by the Company, or your superiors. - Taking the updates from team leader and executing the updates. - Supporting the shipping team in preparation of final shipping files. - Handling the awareness product as per the customer specifications. - Handling the customer's escalation and quickly fulfilling the requirements. - Meeting the highest performance matrix level
