Eaton is hiring for the role of Apprentice IT Development Program!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Process asset update, buyout, disposal, and contract expiry/EOL tickets.
- Maintain accurate asset records and lifecycle tracking.
- Manage software requests and licenses for Microsoft Visio, Project, Power BI, and Adobe products.
- Ensure license compliance and record accuracy.
- Support contract administration for key suppliers (e.g., HCL, TCS).
- Coordinate vendor onboarding activities and documentation.
- Perform HAM/EAM invoice reconciliation and PO quantity validation.
- Consolidate DevOps data and prepare operational reports.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready records.
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Exposure to software licensing, procurement, or supplier management operations
- IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Software licensing and compliance
- Contract and vendor management
- Invoice reconciliation and procurement processes
- Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills
- Documentation and stakeholder management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
