Roles & Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting suitable travel packages based on their budget and preferences. Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and online inquiries. Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into bookings. Explain travel itineraries, pricing, and package inclusions. Prepare quotations and customized travel plans. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other vendors for bookings. Maintain customer records and update CRM or sales databases. Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues before and after booking. Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify travel trends and competitor offerings. Assist in creating promotional content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing activities. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking process. Help prepare sales reports and analyze customer feedback. Stay updated on international travel destinations, policies, and seasonal offers. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tourism. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred). Time management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
