Responsibilities
- Support daily production activities across canopy manufacturing and assembly operations.
- Coordinate with supervisors, operators, procurement, and quality teams to maintain smooth workflow.
- Track production output, material usage, work orders, and process issues.
- Help identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve productivity on the shop floor.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety practices, and quality standards.
- Assist with inspections, documentation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions when required.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, mechanical operations, or a related environment.
- Basic understanding of production processes, quality checks, workplace safety, and shop-floor coordination.
- Good communication, organization, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work full-time from the Pune facility and collaborate effectively with production teams.
