Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and explain products/services.
- Maintain a database of current and potential customers.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
- Handle customer grievances with the utmost professionalism and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
