Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Conduct engaging product demos (online/offline)
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
- Strong interest in software/tech sales
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
