About CyberMindSpace
CyberMindSpace is a cybersecurity education and community platform focused on helping students Learn, Practice and Grow through practical cybersecurity education, community initiatives and real-world experiences. We are now building a year-long national cybersecurity event network across colleges in India. The initiative will bring together: CTFs, Security hackathons, Technical workshops, Cybersecurity meetups, Industry sessions, Product workshops, College activations, Large-scale cybersecurity events. We are looking for Campus Ambassadors who want to help build this network at their college.
Responsibilities
- Community Building: Build the CyberMindSpace student community within your campus, Drive registrations and participation in CyberMindSpace initiatives, Engage with cybersecurity and technology communities, Identify active students who can contribute to future initiatives.
- Campus Partnerships: Connect with college technical clubs and student organizations, Build relationships with relevant faculty/student coordinators, Identify opportunities to conduct workshops, CTFs and hackathons, Help coordinate with campus stakeholders for events.
- Event Execution: Support CyberMindSpace initiatives including: CTFs, Security hackathons, Cybersecurity workshops, Technical sessions, Meetups, Campus activations, Large-scale events.
- Distribution: Promote CyberMindSpace programs within your campus, Coordinate student outreach, Build campus-specific communication channels, Help increase participation across events and initiatives.
Requirements
We're looking for students who are strong communicators, proactive and self-driven, interested in cybersecurity or technology, comfortable taking ownership, active in their college community, interested in organizing events, and capable of building relationships with clubs and students. Cybersecurity expertise is not mandatory; beginners are welcome if they can execute, communicate, and build communities. This is a part-time internship opportunity.
Performance-Based Incentives
This is not a fixed stipend-based role. Ambassadors will be recognized and rewarded based on measurable contributions such as: Student registrations, Community growth, Event participation, Successful campus activations, Workshops and events coordinated, College/club partnerships, Overall contribution to CyberMindSpace initiatives. High-performing ambassadors can progress into larger responsibilities such as: Campus Ambassador → Campus Lead → City Lead → National Community Team.
