Role Expectations:
- Commit dedicated time throughout the internship and be available during agreed working hours.
- Be comfortable travelling within the assigned city to visit colleges and universities.
- Stay responsive and easily reachable on phone/WhatsApp for regular coordination with the project team.
- Take initiative in approaching institutions and students and represent the programme professionally.
- Maintain timely communication, follow instructions, and complete assigned outreach targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students, college representatives, and parents.
- Basic proficiency in English and the local language.
- Ability to explain information clearly and answer basic queries.
- Good organisational and reporting skills.
- Smartphone and internet access for regular communication and reporting.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally within the assigned city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned colleges and universities and conduct on-ground outreach.
- Organise awareness sessions and interact with students to promote the programme.
- Distribute brochures, posters, QR codes, and other programme materials wherever permitted.
- Identify eligible female students and guide them through the initial application process.
- Answer basic queries from students and parents and escalate complex queries to the project team.
- Coordinate with the project team and submit regular updates on institutions visited, students reached, and registrations completed.
