Responsibilities:
- Call customers to collect pending EMIs for two-wheeler, four-wheeler, and housing loans.
- Send payment links (GPay/PhonePe/UPI) for EMI collection.
- Track live bucket/EMI collections.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue EMIs.
- Maintain records of commitments and escalate unresolved cases.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
