Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized one-on-one and group counseling sessions to evaluate students' academic backgrounds and career goals.
- Interact with walk-in candidates, inbound telephone inquiries, and digital leads to explain IT course curriculums and placement pathways.
- Drive course enrollments and guide candidates through registration and batch onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date interaction logs and enrollment pipelines using CRM software.
- Coordinate closely with training and placement teams to support learners from enrollment to final placement.
- Stay abreast of software industry trends, tech job roles, and competitive offerings.
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of experience in educational counseling, inside sales, academic advising, or student relations. Freshers with strong communication are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc CS, BCA, or equivalent preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening, and relationship management capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and ed-tech platforms.
