Creatly is hiring for Sales & Lead Generation Intern
About the Company
Creatly is a creator-commerce platform that helps creators, coaches, and educators sell courses, digital products, and memberships through one convenient link. Its product combines Instagram comment-to-DM automation, UPI checkout, and instant delivery to make digital selling simpler and more effective. As part of the team, you will contribute to expanding the platform's founding user base and building meaningful relationships across the creator ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify creators, coaches, educators, and other potential users who could benefit from Creatly.
- Build, organize, and maintain outbound lead lists across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email.
- Conduct thoughtful cold outreach, direct messages, and follow-ups to generate interest and convert prospects into signups.
- Understand prospect needs, handle common objections, and communicate Creatly's value clearly.
- Track outreach activity, lead status, pipeline movement, and conversion performance.
- Share regular updates and insights to help improve acquisition experiments and messaging.
Requirements
- Some prior internship or project experience in sales, outreach, lead generation, or business development.
- Comfort with cold outreach, follow-ups, and objection handling.
- Interest in or familiarity with Instagram, creators, coaches, educators, and the digital-product ecosystem is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, self-starting approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- This is a 2-month, full-time internship with a flexible timeline based on candidate performance. The monthly stipend is ₹1,000–₹2,000, with additional performance-linked earning potential.
