Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end B2C order tracking and logistics coordination
- Actively engage with customers on WhatsApp Business, answering queries, managing orders, and providing exceptional support
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and logistics efficiently
- Maintain daily records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Solve operational issues proactively, providing smooth customer experiences
- Take Follow-ups from fellow team members on their tasks & reporting
- Directly report and collaborate closely with the Co-founders
Who We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High responsibility, reliability, and ownership attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Previous experience in operations or customer service is a plus
