Roles:
- We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Call Center Agent to join Solar team.
- Language - Hindi + Telugu / Tamil
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with relevant Call Center/BPO experience will be preferred.

Responsibility:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding solar products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits, installations, and service appointments.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes and customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and multitasking skills.
- Experience in using Leadsquare
