Roles & Responsibilities
As an Onboarding Associate, you will be responsible for expanding the Collegelinkr member network by onboarding education professionals onto the Collegelinkr mobile application.
Your responsibilities include:
- Identify prospective Admission Consultants, Teachers, Principals, Faculty Members, and Counsellors.
- Contact prospects through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or social media.
- Explain the benefits of the Collegelinkr platform.
- Help prospects download, register, and complete onboarding on the Collegelinkr app.
- Ensure registration is completed using your unique referral code.
- Guide members through the basic features of the app.
- Follow up until the onboarding is verified and approved by the Collegelinkr verification team.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective members and achieve monthly onboarding targets.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable speaking with education professionals.
- Basic knowledge of Android smartphones and mobile applications.
