Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
  • Introduce and explain the company's products or services to prospective customers.
  • Engage in active listening to understand the customer's needs and provide relevant product information.
  • Answer questions, resolve objections, and address concerns in a professional and informative manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas.
  • Follow up with customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase during the initial call.
  • Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate benefits and advantages.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and opportunities for follow-up.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve communication and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and a positive attitude.
  • Adaptability and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Good knowledge of the products or services offered by the company.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
