Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads through digital platforms such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and Facebook.
- Promote Cogniza's internship and training programs to students and professionals.
- Build and engage online communities to increase registrations.
- Follow up with interested candidates and assist them throughout the application process.
- Maintain lead records using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
