Niagara Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize applications using Tridium Niagara AX/N4 Framework.
• Design and implement custom modules, drivers, and components.
• Configure and develop Niagara Workbench applications.
• Integrate third-party devices using BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks, OPC, MQTT, and REST APIs.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and services.
• Create dashboards, graphics, alarms, trends, schedules, and reports.
• Perform software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Support commissioning and deployment of Niagara-based systems.
• Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and commissioning teams for successful project execution.
• Participate in Agile development activities and code reviews.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Tridium Niagara Framework (AX/N4).
• Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with Niagara Workbench.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, KNX, OPC, LonWorks protocols.
• Understanding of REST APIs, XML, JSON.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
