Responsibilities Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels. Support in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system. Prepare and post job descriptions on career portals and social media platforms. Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events and career fairs. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed. Contribute to employer branding initiatives. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
