CoachX is seeking a driven Inside Sales Executive to guide prospective students toward professional career programs. This role focuses on understanding career goals, counseling prospects, and converting qualified leads into enrollments. Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Connect with leads assigned in CRM via calls and WhatsApp.
  • Understand career goals and recommend suitable programs.
  • Explain curriculum, career outcomes, placement support, and program benefits.
  • Convert qualified leads into enrollments.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects.
  • Share relevant program information, testimonials, and success stories.
  • Ensure every qualified lead is nurtured effectively.
  • Update call logs, follow-ups, and lead stages in CRM.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility.
  • Invite prospects to demo sessions or masterclasses.
  • Address doubts related to curriculum, placements, and career outcomes.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong conversion rates through effective counseling and closing.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Education Sales, Academic Counselling, or EdTech Sales.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with students and working professionals.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Self-driven with disciplined follow-up ability.
