Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Flutter development team and projects.
- Plan, organize, assign, and monitor Flutter development tasks.
- Guide Flutter developers on technical implementation whenever required.
- Review development progress, code quality, functionality, and implementation.
- Identify technical issues, development blockers, and project risks and coordinate their resolution.
- Review and understand Flutter code to ensure that development follows proper technical standards.
- Monitor the development of new features, screens, integrations, and improvements.
- Coordinate with UI/UX, AWS, backend, testing, and other relevant teams.
- Ensure developers understand their assigned requirements and deadlines.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and development status.
- Review completed work and ensure requirements are properly implemented.
- Help developers resolve technical challenges related to Flutter and mobile application development.
- Maintain proper communication between the development team and management.
- Identify areas where the development process can be improved.
- Ensure proper testing, debugging, and issue resolution before completion of tasks.
- Prepare and provide regular project progress updates to management.
- Take ownership of assigned Flutter projects from planning through completion.
- Ensure that the development team maintains quality, productivity, and project timelines.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on understanding of Flutter and enthusiasm for mobile application development.
- Good communication, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Strong practical and hands-on knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
- Strong understanding of Flutter application development, architecture, widgets, state management, navigation, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience working with existing Flutter projects and understanding large or complex codebases.
- Good understanding of app performance, debugging, testing, and optimization.
- Ability to technically guide and coordinate Flutter developers.
- Strong project management and task management skills.
- Ability to plan, assign, monitor, and track development tasks.
- Ability to identify technical issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong ownership and responsibility for assigned projects and deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and make appropriate project-level decisions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and development requirements.
- No prior professional experience is required; practical Flutter knowledge and a proactive attitude are valued.
