Chordz is hiring for Events & City Operations Associate!
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover and curate events relevant to the Chordz community
- Manage and maintain Chordz's event listings
- Support and help manage Chordz Circles
- Research and map local communities across city
- Coordinate directly with event organizers
- Build relationships with cafés, venues, and local partners
- Run outreach across colleges and community groups
- Identify local partnership opportunities
- Assist with offline Chordz activations
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date city and event information
What We're Looking For:
- Approximately 0–3 years of relevant experience; strong freshers with exceptional community exposure will also be considered
- Social, proactive, and organised, with genuine ease approaching people and building relationships
- Strong understanding of city's youth and social ecosystem
- Existing local network is a significant advantage
- Genuine interest in events, cafés, music, fitness, college culture, creators, and community life
