About the Company:
Centennial Infotech is actively seeking a motivated U.S. Staffing Recruiter to join our remote recruitment team. This role is crucial for supporting the staffing requirements of our U.S.-based clients. We are looking for an individual with hands-on experience in U.S. staffing and recruitment, a strong understanding of U.S. hiring practices, and the capability to effectively source, screen, qualify, and engage candidates for U.S. job opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates for U.S.-based IT and non-IT job openings.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, various job boards, professional networks, and other approved sourcing channels.
- Review and screen resumes meticulously against specified job descriptions.
- Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Verify candidate skills, experience, availability, location, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Present qualified candidates to the internal recruitment team or client as authorized.
- Build and sustain a robust pipeline of U.S. candidates.
- Cultivate professional relationships with both active and passive candidates.
- Share authorized Centennial Infotech job opportunities through professional networking channels.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate information and recruitment activity within the ATS/recruitment system.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and facilitate follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve agreed-upon recruitment targets and turnaround times.
- Stay updated on the latest U.S. staffing trends, job market dynamics, hiring practices, and candidate availability.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of hands-on U.S. staffing/recruitment experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment and staffing process.
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates for U.S.-based positions.
- Experience with C2C, W2, and/or other U.S. staffing models is preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S. work authorization categories including U.S. Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, TN, etc.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent resume-screening and candidate-qualification skills.
- Good understanding of U.S. time zones.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working during U.S. business hours, which corresponds to a night shift in India.
- Candidates currently residing in India.
- Freshers may be considered if they possess relevant U.S. staffing training/knowledge and strong communication skills.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work environment.
- Must be willing to work with U.S.-based candidates and clients.
