- Review profiles against defined criteria and flag which ones warrant a closer look
- Maintain the candidate tracker: statuses, notes, data accuracy
- Summarise job descriptions into structured requirement breakdowns
- Support market research on US construction hiring trends
Requirements:
- Strong written English
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and structured, detail-heavy work
- Genuinely curious about how hiring works, not looking for a line on a CV
