About the Company

Catalyst AI Labs is building an ambitious, technology-led business where thoughtful execution, fast learning, and high ownership matter. The Founder's Office Intern will work closely with the founder and gain an inside view of how a company is shaped, operated, and scaled.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare research, briefs, presentations, and decision material for founder meetings, investors, and partners.
  • Capture meeting notes, maintain action trackers, and follow up with teams to drive closure.
  • Own focused cross-functional projects from definition through completion, including hiring support, vendor evaluation, and process documentation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and operating trackers used to run the business.
  • Coordinate calendars, travel, and communications when required.
  • Conduct first-pass analysis of new opportunities and present clear recommendations rather than raw data.
  • Step into urgent gaps across the company and adapt as priorities change.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the maturity to represent the Founder's Office well.
  • Structured thinking and the ability to turn ambiguous questions into practical plans.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets and presentation skills.
  • Sound judgment and complete discretion when handling confidential information.
  • High ownership, reliable follow-through, and comfort working independently in a fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and use AI tools effectively.
  • Prior experience in a founder's office, consulting, startup, club, society, or self-run venture is helpful but not essential.
  • Basic financial modelling skills and an interest in a future full-time leadership track are valued.
  • Applicants may come from any college, degree, or academic year; there is no tier or marks filter.
  • Availability for a full-time, hybrid engagement of at least 6 months, along with a clear view of what they want to accomplish during the internship.
  • Shortlisted candidates must complete a structured problem-solving round and a written exercise.
