Cataloghub is hiring for a Founder's Office Internship.
Responsibilities
- Work with sellers and agencies on onboarding, activation, customer follow-ups, and growth initiatives.
- Speak with customers, identify recurring challenges, and convert insights into useful product feedback.
- Design AI workflows and automate repetitive operational tasks using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Support Instagram, LinkedIn, community, and content initiatives for the company.
- Research competitors, D2C brands, and Indian agencies to identify opportunities.
- Assist with agency outreach and keep CRM information accurate and up to date.
- Track weekly business metrics and prepare insights that help the COO make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Open to final-year students and freshers from BBA, BMS, B.Com, MBA, B.Tech/BE, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, or similar academic backgrounds.
- Regular use of AI tools and genuine enthusiasm for AI agents, startups, and practical automation.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with confidence speaking to business owners.
- Organised, proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership without constant supervision.
- Comfort with tools such as Google Sheets and Notion.
- Experience running a page or business, working at an agency, writing content, or creating no-code automations is a plus.
