Roles
- Source, qualify, and onboard carriers to meet customer transportation requirements.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers while maximizing profit margins.
- Book, dispatch, and monitor shipments from pickup through delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and owner-operators.
- Track shipments proactively and resolve service issues, delays, or exceptions.
- Prepare and manage freight documentation, including Rate Confirmations, Bills of Lading (BOL), and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and CRM platforms.
- Monitor market trends, freight rates, and lane availability to optimize pricing and capacity.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment execution.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly brokerage, margin, and performance targets while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Freight Brokerage, Carrier Sales, Dispatch, or USA Logistics (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of the USA transportation industry, including Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Drayage, and OTR operations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/TMS platforms.
- Willingness to work in the USA shift.
Requirements:
- Experience using load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and freight brokerage operations.
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
