Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Maintain candidate database and update records regularly Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Requirements: Any graduate (HR background preferred but not mandatory) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong willingness to learn and grow in recruitment Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and self-motivated Skills Required: Communication & negotiation skills Time management Attention to detail Team collaboration Problem-solving mindset
