Campus Connect is dedicated to empowering students through initiatives, mentorship, and community building, bridging the gap between students, alumni, and professionals for career development and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Represent Campus Connect within their college/student community.
- Identify opportunities to build awareness and student communities around career, mentorship and educational initiatives.
- Conduct structured outreach to students and relevant college communities.
- Identify and connect with seniors, alumni and professionals who may be suitable mentors.
- Support mentor onboarding and maintain professional communication with prospective mentors.
- Assist in coordinating webinars, workshops and student-focused career initiatives.
- Gather student feedback and communicate insights to the Campus Connect team.
- Maintain basic records of outreach activities, conversations and outcomes.
- Take ownership of assigned campus/community-building activities and report progress regularly.
Learning Outcomes
Interns will develop practical skills in communication, leadership, networking, community building, outreach, relationship management, event coordination and professional collaboration.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for proactive, self-motivated students who communicate well, are comfortable networking, take initiative, and are interested in careers, mentorship and community building. No previous ambassador or internship experience is required.
