Round 1: Abstract Submission
- Teams must register before the case study is circulated.
- Submit a comprehensive abstract outlining your understanding and approach to the case (in doc format).
- Send your abstract via email to Vivechan.agrovon@gmail.com before the submission deadline.
Round 2: Final Presentation (Offline Mode)
- The top 5 abstracts will be shortlisted for the final round.
- Finalists will present their detailed approach and strategic implementation in PPT format (maximum 7 slides, excluding the Welcome and Thank You slides).
- Presentations will be made in front of an esteemed jury panel.
- Participation certificates will be awarded to all teams selected for the final round.
Rules:
- Each team should consist maximum of 2-3 members.
- All members of a team must be from the same institute, not necessarily the same year.
- The naming convention for abstract submission should be: -Vivechan_teamname_Institutename.
- All decisions regarding eligibility and final judgment shall rest with the Organizing Committee.
- The format and rules of events are subject to change before the start of the event.
