Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process for Burgrill, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize waste and stockouts.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards within the supply chain.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to support business growth.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in supply chain management, specifically within the QSR or Hotel industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for supply chain management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
