Roles:
BuildUForward is seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Content & Growth Intern. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital content creation and community engagement, particularly within the engineering student and placement ecosystem. We are looking for a proactive individual ready to experiment and drive growth through creative strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Create 4–5 high-quality Instagram Reels per week, focusing on placement/job updates, content related to companies like Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, and Wipro, aptitude & technical MCQs, and student-focused memes.
- Develop 2–3 carousel posts per week.
- Conduct competitor and creator research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate South India college-specific content.
- Engage with comments and DMs to foster community.
- Outreach to 5–10 relevant micro-creators per week for potential collaborations.
- Analyze weekly Instagram analytics to identify best-performing content and repeat/iterate winning formats.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Reels.
- Familiarity with the engineering students and placement ecosystem.
- Good research skills.
- Ability to write engaging hooks and captions.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar content creation tools
- Proactive attitude and willingness to experiment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Some technical knowledge is required for creating relevant content.
- Basic tech/coding familiarity (React, SQL, etc.) is a plus, not mandatory
Stipend:
- First Month: ₹4,000/month
- From Second Month: ₹4,000 fixed + ₹2,000–₹4,000 performance incentive
Performance incentives are based on content quality, consistency, engagement, growth, creator outreach and overall contribution.
