What you'll do
- Edit and deliver 8–15 video projects each month, meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Create motion graphics, titles, transitions, and other visual elements.
- Work with the team on creative direction, feedback, and revisions.
- Use AI editing tools thoughtfully to speed up production and explore creative ideas.
What we're looking for
- Professional working skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong motion graphics skills and a portfolio of relevant work.
- Smart, practical use of AI editing tools.
- Reliable communication and the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote retainer arrangement.
