Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support in managing candidate databases and tracking application statuses.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Participate in onboarding activities for new interns and employees.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media presence.
- Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
