BT Group is hiring for the role of Trainee Associate Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Support continuous assessments of field engineering capabilities, identify critical gaps, and contribute to designing future engineering capabilities. - Support the deployment of tools and technologies that enable engineering teams to build, innovate, and improve solutions. - Participate in the timely resolution of critical customer escalations to maintain high standards of customer service and delivery. - Implement efficiency improvements and contribute to achieving performance, productivity, and quality targets. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement across engineering teams. - Design and plan tactical project plans across product and service areas to meet time, cost, quality, and delivery objectives. - Follow engineering capability, maturity, health, and status roadmaps to ensure alignment with overall business and group strategy. - Execute engineering enablement activities in line with standardized processes, procedures, and governance requirements. - Support the achievement of engineering enablement objectives and strategic vision.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively in engineering teams - Familiarity with engineering tools and processes - Communication skills for handling customer escalations
