What you will do
- Draft from approved published research with accurate source attribution.
- Check facts, numbers and limitations before editorial review.
- Prepare accessible text and publishing assets. The team approves every publication.
What we look for
- Strong editing and clear written English.
- Care with data, source attribution and reader accessibility.
- A permitted existing writing example, if available.
- Age 18 or over and legally eligible to work in India.
Pay and terms
- Fixed gross pay of INR 25,000 per month, budgeted as three full monthly payments for the 12-week role. No equity. Pay is never conditional on sales, referrals or completing Launchpad. Employer statutory costs and approved expenses are additional.
- EOR employment is planned. The final employer, state wage floor, statutory payroll and employer arrangements must be confirmed before appointment. Nobody is hired before lawyer review. No unpaid productive assessment.
Location and authority
- All work is performed in India. No negotiating, quoting, closing, collecting customer money or binding Broadcastwell LLC. No Indian office is held out. Work follows a documented supervised schedule.
Separate hiring
- HR handles candidate communication. Joining, declining, completing or leaving Launchpad, making referrals, generating revenue or taking part in the Exchange does not affect any application, interview, paid assessment or hiring decision. Learning and referrals create no entitlement or priority for paid work.
Application information is used only to assess applications, retained for twelve months and never used for Launchpad or marketing. Broadcastwell LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
