Eligibility Criteria:

  • Open to 1st-year students pursuing full-time 2-year MBA/PGDM courses, graduating in 2028.
  • Participants must register in a team of two

Eligible Campuses:

  • Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (SJMSoM), IIT Bombay, Mumbai
  • S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai
  • Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Mumbai

Team Formation Guidelines:

  • All team members should be from the same college/university.
  • All the team members are required to verify and confirm their details to form a team.
  • There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute.
  • Modification of the team post registration will not be allowed.
  • All 2 team members must be present during the final presentation; otherwise, their entry will be disqualified.

Competition Stages:

Round 1: Case Launch and Submission:

  • Teams need to pick one of three exciting case study projects that match their interest and submit their solution.
  • The final submission will be in the form of a 2-minute self-recorded video explaining the slides and walking through the solution.
  • Submission format for the video: MP4 Video (max 2 minutes)
  • Submission format for the presentation: PDF (max. 5 slides)
  • Video should include both the solution as well as the presenter (sample video frame).
  • File Size: maximum 50 MB

Round 2: Campus Finale:

  • Shortlisted teams from Round 1 will present a 5-slide, data-backed deck showcasing their understanding of the problem, proposed solution, and execution approach during an interactive session with our leaders on campus. Submissions must include supporting documentation for all primary research, secondary research, and industry benchmarking.
  • After the presentation, selected teams will proceed to personal interviews with the panel. The final chosen participant(s) will receive a Summer Internship Offer.
  • Slide Limit: up to 5 slides
  • Presentation Time: 10 minutes per team
  • Mode: In-person presentation on your campus (campus round)
  • Personal Interview: 10 minutes with the panel

Round 3: Grand Finale:

  • The shortlisted teams will be flown to the Britannia Executive Office in Bangalore to present their final 5-slide submission to the Britannia Leadership team. This will be a unique opportunity to showcase their solutions and make their mark at the highest level.
  • Slide Limit: up to 5 slides
  • Mode: In-person presentation (Grand Finale, Bangalore)

Prizes & Rewards:

  • Grand Finale winners/winning team will receive inr 5 lakh cash and a certificate.
  • Grand Finale runner-up/runner-up team will receive INR 3 lakh cash and a certificate.
  • Subject to the jury's final decision, Grand Finale Second Runner-Up/ Runner-Up Team will receive INR 2 Lakh Cash and A Certificate. T&Cs Apply*
  • Campus Finale Winners will receive summer internship offers from Britannia.
  • Grand Finale Finalists will get an opportunity to present their submissions to the Britannia Leadership team.
