About the Company
Brandcare is hiring for Docintosh, a professional network for verified doctors and medical students in India. Docintosh connects healthcare professionals with surveys, polls, case studies, content reviews, and healthcare market research opportunities. This role will support the growth and engagement of the platform through thoughtful, accurate, and professional conversations with its member community.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to doctors and medical students to introduce Docintosh and explain its offerings.
- Encourage eligible healthcare professionals to register, complete their profiles, and participate in relevant initiatives.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to improve registrations, onboarding, survey participation, and member engagement.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead databases, registration updates, and follow-up trackers.
- Meet daily and monthly calling, registration, and engagement targets.
- Handle questions professionally, communicate platform information accurately, and protect the confidentiality of healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with internal teams by sharing campaign updates, member feedback, and progress reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer engagement, lead generation, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and managing structured follow-up conversations.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- A target-oriented approach with strong organization, record-keeping, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical research, or healthcare platforms will be an advantage.
- Performance will be evaluated through outbound calls, successful contacts, registrations, profile completions, follow-up conversions, member engagement, record accuracy, and reporting discipline.
This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity based in Thane, Maharashtra, with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹23,000.
