Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role within the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
