The MST Blockchain × NEWRRO 24-Hour Buildathon brings together Blockchain, AI, Robotics and emerging technologies to explore the next generation of decentralized applications, intelligent systems and real-world solutions.
MST Blockchain is an Indian Layer 1 blockchain focused on scalable infrastructure and real-world applications. NEWRRO brings expertise in robotics, autonomous systems and AI.
The Buildathon is open-ended. Build across DeFi, RWA, Consumer Blockchain, Payments, AI Agents, Robotics, Web3, DePIN, Identity, Gaming, Enterprise solutions and more.
Why Participate?
25 Winning Teams
With a maximum of 100 participating teams, 25 teams will be recognized as winners across the main prize and special award categories.
₹2.5 Lakh+ Worth of Rewards
Compete for ₹2.5 Lakh+ worth of total rewards, including cash prizes, special awards, goodies, merchandise and recognition opportunities.
Grants Up to $50,000
Outstanding and high-potential projects may be considered for startup grants of up to $50,000, subject to eligibility, evaluation and the applicable grant process.
Incubation Opportunities
Selected high-potential projects may be considered for incubation and further ecosystem support to continue building beyond the Buildathon.
Pre-Placement Interview Opportunities
Top-performing teams and eligible participants may receive pre-placement interview opportunities, subject to eligibility and the respective organization's selection process.

Projects that make meaningful use of MST Blockchain and demonstrate strong technical integration may receive higher consideration during evaluation.
Simply adding blockchain as an unnecessary feature will not provide an advantage.

Submission
Teams may be required to submit:
- Project title - Problem statement - Proposed solution - Key features - Technology stack - Blockchain integration - GitHub / source code repository - Working demo / deployment link - Presentation / demo materials
Detailed submission requirements will be shared with registered participants.
Rules
- Each team must have 1–4 members. - Individual and inter-college participation is allowed. - Participants may use publicly available APIs, SDKs, libraries, frameworks and open-source resources. - Teams must comply with applicable third-party licenses and terms. - Plagiarism, copied projects, fraudulent submissions or misrepresentation may result in disqualification. - Teams must be able to explain and demonstrate their submitted project. - Projects must follow the announced Buildathon guidelines. - Projects must be submitted before the official deadline. - The organizers may verify project originality. - Any violation of the event rules may result in disqualification. - The jury's decision regarding winners will be final.

Selected projects may be considered for grants of up to $50,000, incubation and other ecosystem opportunities, subject to eligibility and selection.
Top-performing teams and eligible participants may also receive pre-placement interview opportunities.
