Blue Tea India is hiring for the role of D2C Associate!
About the Company:
Blue Tea India is a wellness-focused herbal tea brand creating vibrant, natural products from Butterfly Pea flowers and other distinctive herbs. The company works with more than 600 small farmers across India and serves over 11 lakh consumers in India, the USA, and Europe. With a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and accessible wellness, Blue Tea India is building a global brand and expanding its direct-to-consumer business.
Responsibilities:
- Support D2C growth initiatives across the Indian and US markets.
- Track Shopify sales, conversion rate, average order value, customer behaviour, and other key performance indicators.
- Assist with Meta Ads, retention marketing, affiliate marketing, and related growth activities.
- Review the complete website journey, including product pages, cart, checkout, payment, and post-purchase experience.
- Monitor payment gateways and checkout partners, identify customer-impacting issues, and coordinate their resolution.
- Study competitors, customer trends, and market developments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare sales and performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute website, marketing, and conversion improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Any graduate with 0–6 months of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or a related role.
- Exposure to the US market will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of Shopify, D2C growth channels, and the online customer journey.
- Working proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort with multitasking and working in a fast-paced business environment.
- This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position based in Sector 125, Noida.
