About the Company
BLOCKBUSTERS is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to support the growth of its alcoholic beverages and liquor retail business. This role focuses on building strong outlet relationships, improving product visibility, and consistently delivering sales results across assigned liquor outlets.
Responsibilities
- Develop positive relationships with outlet owners, managers, and retail staff.
- Communicate product information, promotions, availability, and commercial updates clearly.
- Monitor outlet requirements, collect relevant market feedback, and report competitor activity.
- Coordinate order follow-ups and help maintain product presence and visibility at outlets.
- Resolve routine customer and outlet concerns professionally while protecting the company's business relationships.
- Visit and manage assigned liquor outlets according to the business plan.
- Drive sales of alcoholic beverage products and work consistently toward assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate daily activity and sales reports for the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience is preferred, especially in liquor retail, alcoholic beverages, FMCG, or a related field.
- Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
- A result-oriented approach with the discipline to pursue and achieve sales targets.
- Confidence in interacting with outlet owners and retail decision-makers.
- Ability to work the scheduled 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM duty timing and travel to assigned outlets as required.
- Good follow-up, reporting, and relationship-management skills.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bhubaneswar, offering a fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000. The successful candidate will contribute directly to outlet coverage, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth in the alcoholic beverages retail segment.
