Responsibilities
- Research prospective customers, target segments, competitors, and relevant market opportunities.
- Support lead generation through online research, outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining organised prospect records.
- Assist with preparing sales and marketing materials, campaign updates, presentations, and activity reports.
- Coordinate with team members to record customer requirements, communication status, and next actions.
- Help monitor assigned sales and marketing activities and provide timely progress updates.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer engagement, market visibility, and outreach effectiveness.
Requirements
- Open to freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Interest in sales, marketing, business development, customer engagement, or market research.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Comfort with online research, spreadsheets, email, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, collaborate remotely, and meet deadlines.
